Within every real democracy, there is at the core a meritocracy. Raiserequest is based on a meritocracy. A meritocracy is defined as a society in which individuals are rewarded on the basis of their efforts and abilities - where the strong survive and thrive! Where one's achievements are recognized and rewarded. Our country needs to once again, become more of a meritocracy. To that end, I created this website. - bn@raiserequest.com
